I remember seeing these in a simpson's episode when they went to japanad thought that they were hilarious but theidea is really smart. square watermelons just make more sense for transport and stacking purposes in stores.
However, I wouldn't pay 100 dollars for just a watermelon because it's easier to stack and looks different. Just wondering are they still selling those watermelons in Japan?
