POM - the superior juice packaging

The POM juice always catches my attention when going through the grocery store. The bottle shape stands out from the competition and is completely transparent, showing off the natural colour of the juice that claims to be "100% pomegranade juice". The simple POM logo that features a red heart symbol is grabbing and immediately screams "healthy" without even stating it.
Other juices, ie. Tropicana, tend to have nice illustrations of fresh fruit on their packaging labels but hide the inside contents. As much as these illustrations are convincing in an ad, I would say that the packaging just doesn't have the same impact on the shelf when its displayed next to POM juice that is not afraid to show its true colours.

i agree with what both of you have said. the packaging design is well thought out and creativly resembles a pomegranate. i drink this juice and i first bought it beacuse of its packaging, and it tastes really good too.

The POM juice logo and package design is definitely very strong. But when I went to my local grocery store, placed on the same self is the POM tea. The tea package is not the usually bottle but is actually a slender drinking glass. Its form expresses that it's a healthy product that should be enjoyed in a relaxing setting rather than carried around on the go. POM had done a great job in differentiating itself from its competitors.

i love the drink! it also comes in a green tea version and you can actually reuse the bottle after the drink.
POM has a simple and strong design that stands out from its competitors.
